Look closely at this wheel: it is a bright, singing blue — lighter than the one on any official mast. The gap is deliberate on the artist’s part, and instructive on ours.
Popular art loves to brighten the Chakra toward sky and royal blues; the specification never does. On an actual national flag the wheel is navy — a deep, near-midnight blue fixed by standard — and every certified flag holds that line. So read images like this one correctly: as art they are free; as reference, the navy of the real cloth is the only Chakra blue there is.
